If you have been prescribed an Organon medicine, you may be eligible for the program* if all 3 of the following conditions apply:
You are a US resident, 18 years or older, and have a prescription for VTAMA cream from a health care provider licensed in the United States.†
AND
You do not have insurance or other coverage for VTAMA, or you have Medicaid or Medicare coverage and can attest to financial hardship.
AND
You cannot afford to pay for your medicine. You may qualify for the patient assistance program if you have a household income of $36,450 or less for individuals, $49,300 or less for a two-person household, $62,150 or less for a three-person household, or $75,000 or less for a four-person household. Your annual income cannot exceed 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.‡

† You do not have to be a US citizen. Legal residents of the United States, including US Territories, are also eligible.
